WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH PRODUCERS AND MUSICIANS, FEMI SANTIAGO AND PROPHBEATZ, POETIKAH HAS CREATED A NEO-CLASSICAL, SPOKEN HIP-HOP TRACK THAT EXPRESSES A MARRIAGE OF WEST AFRICAN SPIRITUALISM AND ALMOST A SCIENCE-NON-FICTION REALISM THAT COMES ALIVE THROUGH A CONTINUOUS FLOW OF WORDPLAY.
When the creative process took place in Kingship Studios, Poetikah had the gifted producers become, 'composers' for the time, exclaiming to them both, "You're not producers tonight, you're composers, I need you to channel your inner Beethoven".

Poetikah shared new single and announced her debut spoken word album,
“Matters of Thah Hart”. With single release, “Abracadabra”. Abracadabra is a jazzy journey, joining jazz and hip-hop with distant spoken word lyrics. Also releasing, "
Thah Light" as her second single, an alternative musical story on the light that lies within, before unleashing the rest of the project.
Poetikah created an otherworldly meditative atmosphere with her debut album Matters of Thah Hart, a compilation of alternative Hip-Hop style spoken word tracks. Poetikah's words are lyrically smooth and use diverse flows to draw audiences into transformative settings. Matters of Thah Hart sees Poetikah join her gift of poetry and her love of the music genres with her both writing and producing the contents of the project, uniquifying the debut project from the breakout artist.
Matters of Thah Hart is a mini album told vicariously through the artist’s spirit totem, The Hart, or “Thah Hart”.
To date, this spiritual Wordsmith has written and produced a spoken word mini-album, has released collaborative music with other poets and is currently writing her next E.P.

COLLABORATIVE MUSIC
During 2021, Poetikah has worked with two other members of her poetry collective, ( Flo Poets) , Miss Yankey and Y. A, to create new genres of spoken word music. Their first single together, 'Slaughter in the Water', was released 20 March 2021 and the second single, ' Crudentials' released 11 May 2021, which all leads to a collaborative album called, 'Daughters of the Waters', later in 2021.
